We want you to love your Disc It game. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be in good condition and include all original parts. Normal wear from light use or testing is acceptable. Products damaged through misuse may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email info@discitgame.com with your order number, the name and email used at checkout, and a brief note about the issue. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges

If your Disc It set is defective or damaged, we’ll send a free replacement once photos are provided. There’s no need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.

Missing or Damaged Components

If your Disc It kit arrives with damaged or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll send replacement parts or, when necessary, a full replacement set at no cost.

Our goal is simple: make sure every Disc It customer can start playing without unnecessary hassle.
